Skills Taught

Breath Submerge; blow bubbles; gain breath control.

Body Front float with head down (for 10 seconds); back float (for 10 seconds).

Propulsion Kick with barbells.

Safety Jump in, turn and reach for the wall.

Lessons are offered 1 or 2 days per week (Sat Morning) (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs).

Body Front float & back float (30 seconds each).

Propulsion 10 yards kicking (front & back).

Safety Jump in with clothes on and swim back to wall.
